So, no one got arrested for singing at the Capitol today

Even observers are cautious:

David J. Dexheimer, a Monona man who has participated off and on in the protests, took out a permit from the Capitol Police to observe the daily protest. Dexheimer said he took out the permit to avoid arrests for observing Monday’s sing-along after being warned he couldn’t observe the singing or hold up a sign.
