Green Bay – Forced to make some tough decisions at wide receiver, the Packers have released former Wisconsin WR Jared Abbrederis, a source said.The fifth-round pick in 2014 will now be subject to waivers and can be claimed by any team in the NFL. The Packers won’t know until Sunday whether he clears waivers and becomes a free agent.If Abbrederis does clear waivers then the Packers are expected to re-sign him to their practice squad.
