Dem Assemblyman Brett Hulsey was looking for a way to spend his campaign money

He bought a convertible and a swimsuit:

Now campaign records show that Hulsey spent $1,199.50 in campaign funds to buy a used convertible from Terry’s Car Care in Madison in late June. He justified the expense by saying he would be driving the car in parades.
