According to records obtained by the Wood County Circuit Court, Krug was sued on February 24, 2012 by Riverview Hospital over an unpaid hospital bill. The court issued a judgment of $501.04 in the hospital’s favor on March 21, 2012. This lawsuit happened during Krug’s second year as a member of the Assembly. Krug was also sued again in 2007 by Mark Motors over bouncing a check for service work performed by the dealership in 2006. The court issued a judgment of $839.63 in the favor of Mark Motors on January 23, 2007. Krug was also sued back in 1997 by Total Fitness for failing to pay two months of his membership. The court issued a judgment in the favor of Total Fitness on September 23, 2007 in the amount of $371.50.
