GOP’s Voss says UW-Madison split may be ‘too big’ for this biennium’s budget

So perhaps Biddy has jumped too soon, after all.

Meanwhile, co-chair of Joint Finance Committee Sen. Alberta Darling has no opinion, but applauds the proposal.  Any ill-informed person, without any office or staff, could say the same.
