It’s the Uptown Ford Lincoln Frank Mots International Kite Festival from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Sunday at Veterans Park on the lakefront. One highlight is the grand launch featuring 600 kites heading skyward at noon each day.
