Deputy NBA commissioner Adam Silver was in Milwaukee this week to talk to team officials and sponsors at a luncheon.
Silver surprised no one when he remarked that the league feels the BMO Harris Bradley Center needs to be replaced. But in an interview with Milwaukee Bucks play-by-play announcer Jim Paschke, Silver, who will be taking over as commissioner next year, said Milwaukee is part of the NBA’s footprint.
“It’s critical to us that the team remains here and remains successful here,” Silver said.
