Lenient terms most people would never receive; pleads only to misconduct, not sexual assault:
Robert Whyte was accused of sexually assaulting two women he met while doing investigations. In both cases, they say he told them if they didn’t have sex with him he would take official action against them that could have caused them to go to jail or lose custody of their children. In both cases, Whyte was allegedly wearing his full uniform, including his handgun.
