Police: Appleton man buys booze for teen, asks for sex in return

Forty-seven year old Joe Russ charged Wednesday with one count of child enticement of sixteen-year-old girl, and charged and jailed previously in another incident for sexual assault after allegedly having sex with unconscious woman.
