Johnson’s accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting a girl he knows — but she’s not cooperating — refusing to release therapy records. That spells trouble for the state.
To make matters worse, the other key witness, an Arizona therapist who may have heard a confession from Johnson, is refusing to testify.
