Wisconsin Judge: No “Fundamental Right to Produce and Consume Foods”

Of course there is.  Yet if there is a right to produce and consume, then there’s a right not to consume.  If you don’t have to consume food, then do you have to consume or buy, let’s say, insurance coverage?
