Just days ahead of a scheduled jury trial, prosecutors and state Rep. Bill Kramer (R-Town of Waukesha) announced they’ve reached a plea deal regarding sexual assault charges filed against Kramer in March.
Kramer agreed to plead no contest to two misdeneanor counts of fourt-degree sexual assault, and prosecutors will recommend a sentence of nine months in jail and three years of probation.
He will not have to register as a sex offender.
